BreatheForCalm stores the following data only in your browser (localStorage/sessionStorage). Nothing is sent to a server unless you subscribe to our newsletter.

• Visit counts — anonymous page tallies (no personal identifiers)
• Session data — technique used and duration (anonymous)
• Preferences — theme, reduced motion setting
• Email address — only if you submit the newsletter form

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage for anonymous statistics and preferences. Third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) may use cookies as described in Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics

We may use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation for aggregate traffic analysis. No personally identifiable data is stored.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email is stored locally on your device. Integration with a third-party provider (Mailchimp/Brevo) will be disclosed here when activated.
